The weather is becoming warm, and summer holiday season is upon us! Summer foods are some of my favorite foods, because I love the idea of making a meal fun and portable, like popsicles, ice cream, cold soups, salads……ahhh my mind is making so many ideas. I love these no cooking or baking ideas because for most of summer food or dessert there is no cooking involved main purpose is to avoid hot temperature while cooking.

I whipped up these no-bake jamun cheesecakes in about 10 minutes. They are seriously one of my favorite desserts that I have made for our weekend fun. So creamy and luscious, just melt in mouth. Aren’t they beautiful? Pretty as a picture and everyone has their own handy dessert. Perfect for a party or a picnic!!

Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and ha Sprouted Moong curry is healthy, nutritious and has an excellent fresh flavor with full of protein. They can be cooked in several ways, I made this in coconut gravy. You just need to soak whole moong bean overnight, then drain it and left it in a warm place with covered cloth, so that they can easily start sprouting. It is a delicious, quick and one pot curry. It can be eaten with roti, steamed rice or paratha.
