Thank you. So when the recipe says 1 cup quinoa it means 1 cup of COOKED quinoa? (I measured 1 cup dry, cooked it, and then used all the quinoa that was cooked. too much i guess.)

No Dear, 1 cup quinoa means raw quinoa not cooked. when you cook it, cook till it becomes soft, smooth and thick, use more water if required. if your quinoa is not cooked properly then it will not be stick or bind.

  3. Can I use bulgur wheat (dalia/labsi in Hindi) instead of quinoa?

I am in the middle of making these and they won’t stick together or patty up! I used one cup raw quinoa – maybe that’s too much? ANy idea of how to get these to stick together?
