Strawberries are an excellent source of antioxidant-promoting vitamin C and manganese. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber, iodine, and folate. Plus, strawberries are a good source of copper, potassium, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
• ¼ cup Strawberry
• ¼ cup Sugar (Per Taste)
• 3 Lemon
• 4 cup Chilled Sparkling Water or Regular Water
• Strawberries and Lemon Slice for Garnishing
Method:
1. Blend strawberries, sugar and squeezed 3 lemon juice in a blender till smooth.
2. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve and then transfer to the punch bowl.
3. Now pour sparkling water or regular water and stir.
4. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and strawberries.
