Dahi Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, also known as Yogurt Coriander Mint Chutney, is a creamy, refreshing, and flavorful Indian chutney made with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, spices, lemon juice, and yogurt. Unlike traditional green chutney, the addition of yogurt gives this chutney a smooth and creamy texture with a deliciously tangy and refreshing flavor.
This versatile chutney is perfect as a dip, spread, or side and pairs beautifully with Paneer Tikka, Tikkis, Pakoras, Samosas, Pulao, Kebabs, sandwiches, wraps, and many other Indian snacks.
Fresh coriander and mint add plenty of fresh flavor, while cumin, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice give the chutney its classic Indian taste. The yogurt also makes it milder and more cooling than regular green chutney, making it especially delicious alongside spicy snacks and appetizers.

Tips
- Adjust The Spice: Increase or decrease the Green Chilies according to your taste.
- Use Thick Yogurt: For a thicker, creamier chutney, use Greek Yogurt or strained Yogurt.
- Keep The Color Bright: Ice Cubes and Chilled Water help keep the coriander and mint chutney fresh and vibrant green while blending.
- Adjust The Consistency: Add a little more Chilled Water if you prefer a thinner chutney or use less water for a thicker dip.
- Make Ahead: You can prepare the green chutney in advance and mix it with Yogurt just before serving for the freshest flavor.
- Storage: Store leftover Dahi Dhaniya Pudina Chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 2 days. Mix well before serving.
